PARTS GUARANTEE: PACIFIC SEMICONDUCTORS INC. guarantees satisfaction to each and every customer. We guarantee all our semiconductors for 90 DAYS from the date of purchase showing the exact part number with the exact code or date code
PACIFIC SEMICONDUCTORS INC. will not be responsible for the time lost or equipment damaged due to defective or improper use. Any part which is abused or altered in any manner is not covered under the PACIFIC SEMICONDUCTORS INC. warranty.
All returns MUST be accompanied by the copy of the original invoice and an explanation of the problem with prepaid air parcel post only
DELAYS: The Seller shall not be liable for any default or delay, caused by any contingency beyond its control, work interruptions , war activity, embargoes, fire, strikes, riots,shortage of cars, fuel, labor or material, accidents to machinery or other equipment, casualties, or any other cause whatsoever interfering with or hindering the production or transportation of the products herein described.
CANCELLATIONS OR SUSPENSION: Orders are not subject to cancellation or suspension except with the Seller's consent and upon terms that will indemnify the Seller against loss.
ERRORS: Clerical and stenographical errors are subject to correction.
